FAIR Bookstore Shipping Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions govern the shipping policies of the FAIR Bookstore. By placing an order with FAIR Bookstore, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Locations
FAIR Bookstore ships to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Please note that shipping availability and costs may vary based on your location.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak times (e.g., conferences, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.
3. Shipping Methods
We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to provide standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your selected method and location.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. Rates will be clearly displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated via our website or email.
5. International Shipping
For orders outside the United States:
- Additional fees (e.g., customs duties, taxes, import fees) may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
FAIR Bookstore is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update with current shipment details.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged package and contents.
- If your order is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement or refund.
FAIR Bookstore is not liable for lost packages if an incorrect address was provided during checkout.
8. Returns and Exchanges
For return and exchange policies, please refer to our Returns Policy. Shipping fees for returns are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Additionally, if the reason for the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer agrees to pay return shipping.
9. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment. FAIR Bookstore is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service team at dbeck@fairlatterdaysaints.org. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted, but you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Returns Policy.
